【Abstract】 In viewing of the design for the new-type product,the paper is to make an analysis of the causes for such problems as the complicated issues of the extracted wool braided fabric encountered in the course of weaving,patching and post-neatening due to differed organization of the yarn.All of these problems exercise its restrain upon both the exterior and the interior quality of the product.For this,the paper will try to put forward effective measures to optimize the design of craftwork parameter,to adjust the disposition of facility,to upgrade the product′s entity quality,to enhance the weaving efficiency of the product,thus to cut down waste in the costume-adjusting.The paper serves as an enrichment of horizons for the product-designing and at the same time provides a salutary thought for linking up industry of extracted wool braided fabric with that of filament yarn,having profound market potential and value with its product being fashionable,classical and comfortable with high quality and high additional product value,the logos of which is in accordance with the present age-trend.更多还原
