【摘要】 探讨绳带机织物的设计与织造要点。通过对绳带机织物原料、组织、规格等进行设计,采用纹杆织机进行绳带机织物的手工织造;同时对现代机械化织制绳带机织物进行尝试和可行性分析。认为:只有对现代整经机的导纱部件、伸缩筘及定幅筘等进行扁平状改造,保证其尺寸与所选用的带经规格相吻合,并对织机的综丝和钢筘进行特殊形状的改造,合理配置工艺参数,才能最终成功织制绳带机织物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Design and weaving key points of rope woven fabric were discussed.Raw material,fabric weave structure and specification of rope woven fabric were designed.Wasp bar loom was adopted and rope woven fabric was produced by hand-woven.Experiment and feasiblility analysis were done on modern mechanization rope woven fabric.It is considered that yarn guide deveic,expansion reed and spacing reed of modern warping machine were modified to ensure the matchi to selected warp.Heald and reed of loom were modified,parameter were set rationally,finally rope woven fabric can be produced successfully.更多还原
