【摘要】 高校留级生是大学校园中受到较少关注的特殊群体,他们思想矛盾,处境艰难,自卑心强,容易成为"问题学生",高校领导和教育工作者应该重视他们的合理利益诉求。本文在分析留级生利益诉求机制建立的重要性基础上,从教育方式、管理制度和工作程序三个方面分析了当前留级生利益诉求现状的不足,进而从加强情感教育、改革留级制度和加大管理力度三个方面提出留级生利益诉求机制的实践途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 College repeaters are least concerned special group in the college campus.They are contradictory in minds,trapped in bad situation,and self-contemptuous,so they easily become problem students.Leaders and educators in college should focus on their reasonable interest demands.The author analyzes the importance of establishing the expression mechanism of interest for College Repeaters,points out present disadvantages from the three perspectives—education styles,management system and working process and puts forward some practice routes by strengthening emotional education,reforming repeaters system and enlarging the power of management.更多还原
