【摘要】 目的:探讨经颅多普乐超声(TCD)和脑电图(EEG)对脑震荡患者的应用价值。方法:对76例脑震荡患者(病例组)和对照组80例正常查体者进行TCD和EEG检查,并分析探讨其特征。结果:脑震荡组TCD异常率为67%,EEG异常率为64%。对照组TCD异常率为15%,EEG异常率为13.5%,脑震荡组与对照组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:TCD的应用有助于动态观察脑震荡患者的脑血流变化情况,EEG能客观评价脑震荡病人脑机能状态,两者对伤情变化的判断及预后估计均有重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate value of Transcranial Doppler(TCD) and Electroencephalogram(EEG) for patients with brain concussion.Methods:76 patients with brain concussion(the patients group) and other 80 healthy subjects(the control group) were examined by TCD and EEG;than the results were discussed.Results:the patients groupthe abnormal rate of TCD was 67 percent,and EEG 64 percent.The rate of TCD and were significantly higher in the group of brain concussion than an the control(P<0.01).Conclusion:TCD contribute to the dynamic observation of brain concussion patient cerebral blood flow changes,EEG can objectively evaluate the patient brain concussion brain function,and the two changes in the judgement of the severity and prognosis estimates are important clinical significance.更多还原
