【摘要】 目的:探讨护理干预对乳腺癌术后化疗患者PICC置管并发症的影响。方法:选取本科室40例乳腺癌术后化疗行PICC置管患者,随机分对照组和干预组各20例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予置管护理,观察周期为6个月。比较两组PICC置管并发症的发生率。结果:干预组PICC置管并发症的发生率低于对照组(p<0.05),留置时间高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:针对性的置管护理有利于降低乳腺癌术后化疗患者PICC置管并发症的发生率,延长PICC置管留置时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate influence of nursing care on the complication of PICC for postoperative chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer.Methods:40 cases were randomly divided into control group(20) and observation group(20).The control group received the routine care;based on this,the observation group received nursing care for PICC,observed for 6 months.The incidence rate of complications were compared.Results:①The observation group has the lower incidence rate of complications(p<0.05).②The observation group has the longer tube detaining time(p<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing care for PICC is useful to decrease the incidence rate of complications of PICC for postoperative chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer and extend the tube detaining time.更多还原
