行星轮式棕榈藤采收机设计
Design of planetary wheel Rattan harvesting machine
【摘要】 阐述了行星轮式棕榈藤采收机的设计方案、结构设计及关键零部件的设计计算。该采收机以人力为动力,通过行星轮系减速增力,进而驱动卷筒机构执行牵引动作。其主要技术参数是:平均采收速度S=67mm/曲柄每转,总传动比i13=4.78,额定输出牵引力T=4kN,当量功率P≈0.2kW,手柄最大驱动力F=196N,外形尺寸210×102×115mm,机重W≈6.5kg,每台机理论采藤能力126.6kg/天,约是人力采收能力的5.4倍。该机采用缠绕卷筒+行星减速器一体式结构,具有体积小、重量轻、出力大、适于林区作业、经济适用性强等特点。
【Abstract】 In this paper,scheme designing,structure designing and designing calculation of key parts of planetary wheel rattan harvesting machine were discussed.This harvesting machine is driven by manpower,force increasing through NGW type of planetary reducer,then driving drum mechanism to carry out the traction action.Its technical parameters: average harvesting velocity S=67mm/crank revolution,total gear ratio i13=4.78,rated output traction force T= 4KN,equivalent power P≈0.2KW,handle maximum driving force F=196N,overall dimension 210×102×115mm,weight W≈6.5㎏,every device,s harvesting ability 126.6kg/day which is 5.4 times more than that of manpower.It adopts a submerged structure of twining drum + planetary reducer,which has follow advantages,small volume,light quality,large output,suitable for operation in forest,strong economic applicability and so on.
