原竹结构复合板的物理力学性能研究
Study on physico-mechanical propertiesof original bamboo structure composite boards
【摘要】 以硬头黄竹为原料,根据竹材部位(基部、中部、顶部)和加工方式(两面加工、四面加工)的不同,压制原竹结构复合板并测定物理力学性能。结果表明:竹材部位对复合板的静曲强度、密度影响显著,对弹性模量、抗压强度、吸水厚度膨胀率有极显著影响;加工方式对复合板的静曲强度和吸水厚度膨胀率影响显著;两面加工原竹复合板的力学性能优于四面加工原竹复合板。
【Abstract】 Bambusarigidakeng as the raw material and according to the difference of bamboo parts and processing ways,making the original bamboo structure composite boards.Tested the physico-mechanical properties and the results showed thatbamboo parts have a significant impact on physical and mechanical properties of original bamboo structure composite boards.And the processing ways have a significant impact on MOR and thickness swelling rate of the composite boards.The mechanical property of the composite boards processed two sides is better than the composite boards surround.
