【Abstract】 Cultural and creative industries germinated in the developed countries in the 1990s is now surging in the vast land of China,because it meets the requirement of the Scientific Outlook on Development of contemporary theoretical system of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the period of transition.The key issues of scientific development are people in priority,to promote all-round development and harmonious development and sustainable development.Cultural and creative industries through the following three paths to promote scientific development: the subjects and objects of cultural and creative industries are all human beings,a people-oriented industry;development of cultural and creative industries can promote comprehensive economic,social and human development;and can also promote urban and rural area,the harmonious development of man and nature,and domestic and opening up to the outside world.Due to the development of the subject of the development of human resources of the cultural and creative industries,the consumption of energy,natural resources,less polluting emissions and therefore contribute to sustainable development.更多还原
