【摘要】 高校维稳是一种以学生、教师的利益为本,协调各方利益诉求,化解矛盾,维持高校和谐稳定的动态过程。高校稳定状态是社会稳定的重要衡量指标,高校维稳是社会维稳工作关键且重要的一环,是社会维稳的重要组成部分。为了维持高校稳定,我们有必要创新维稳新思路,从社会管理视角出发,引入公共服务理念,将高校维稳由机关维稳向社会维稳转变,为高校各方利益群体提供一种利益表达、利益诉求、利益协调的运转机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 The maintenance of university stability is the dynamic process,which is the interests of the students,teacher-centered and for the balanced campus conflicts,coordinating the interests of all parties aspirations,resolving conflicts,and maintaining harmony and stability of universities.The steady state of universities often is the important measure of social stability,and the maintenance of university stability is critical and important part of the maintenance of social stability.To make the maintenance of university stability become the efficient operation,it is necessary for us to innovate new ideas,starting from the perspective of social management and introducing the concept of public service,and providing a kinds of interests expressed,interest demands and the coordination of interests of the operation mechanism for universities’ parties and interest groups.更多还原
