组蛋白乙酰化修饰与神经发生

【摘要】 表观遗传学是一种不依赖DNA序列改变的可逆基因表达调控方式,包括DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰和非编码的RNA表达等。组蛋白乙酰化修饰是表观遗传学调节中研究最早的转录后修饰,组蛋白乙酰化在神经发生过程中起重要的调节作用。神经发生即新神经元产生的过程,主要是指从神经干细胞和前体细胞产生神经细胞的过程。神经发生在脑内神经元生长和数量维持中起决定作用,并且在神经系统发育和神经系统疾病的发生发展中起着重要作用。研究表明遗传和环境等因素参与调控神经发生。详细阐明神经发生的调控机制,对于中枢神经系统发育失调相关疾病和中枢神经系统退行性疾病的发生发展和防治具有重要的理论和实践意义。

【Abstract】 Epigenetics is the reversible changes in gene expression without the changes of DNA sequences,which include DNA methylation,histone modification and non-coding RNA expression and so on.Histone acetylation is the earliest studied posttranslational modification of epigenetic regulations.The results suggest that histone acetylation plays an important role in the neurogenesis.Neurogenesis(birth of neurons),the process by which neurons are generated from neural stems and progenitor cells,is responsible for populating the brain neurons growth and plays a key role in the development of the central nervous system and neurodevelopmental disorders. Data show that genetic and environmental factors participate in the regulation of neurogenesis included in epigenetics.It is very important to clarify the histone acetylation regulation on neurogenesis in order to provide a theoretical basis to repair the damage of central nervous system, and to treat the neurodegenerative diseases and developmental disorders of central nervous system.
