【摘要】 目的探讨阻生尖牙的影像学特征及临床表现。方法阻生尖牙组患者40例共53颗,通过曲面体层片测量阻生尖牙倾斜角度、牙根水平重叠度、尖牙垂直高度。对照组为正常(牙合)受试者30例,测量两组记存模型的第一前磨牙及第一磨牙间宽度、牙弓前段长度、牙弓总长度及牙弓拥挤度。结果阻生尖牙男女性比例为1:3,上颌与下颌比例为19:1,双侧与单侧比例为1:2。76.50%的上颌阻生尖牙倾斜角>30。,其中41.18%的>45。;72.55%的阻生尖牙与侧切牙有重叠,其中41.18%的重叠程度超过了侧切牙牙根;阻生尖牙组的第一前磨牙间宽度小于对照组(P<0.05),45%的阻生尖牙患者存在Ⅱ度或Ⅲ度拥挤的解剖特征。结论阻生尖牙的发生与牙胚长轴的倾斜角相关,倾斜角度越大、与侧切牙牙根重叠面积越大、牙距(牙合)平面的距离越高,阻生发生率越高。阻生尖牙对牙弓形态的影响不大,近1/2的患者具有中度至重度拥挤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To reveal the anatomic characteristics of impacted canines by analyzing panoramic radiographs and dental casts.Methods Panoramic radiographs and dental casts from 53 impacted canines of 40 cases,30 normal cases as comparison group were analyzed for characterizing anatomic features of impacted canines involving their angulations to the midline, overlapped with adjacent lateral incisor,distance to occlusal plane,width of dental arch,length of dental arch and crowding of dental arch.Results The incidence of impacted canines in male and female presented 1:3,in bilateral and unilateral was 1:2 and in maxilla and mandibular was 19:1.The angulations of canine to the midline showed that 76.5%of maxillary impacted canines were more than 30°,and 41.18%of them were more than 45°.72.5%of impacted canines overlapped with adjacent lateral incisor.41.18%of them were over the root of the adjacent lateral incisor.The width of the first premolar in impacted canine group was less than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of impacted canines is closely related to canine angulations to midline and overlapping degree with lateral incisor.The impacted canines do not influence the width and length of dental arch.Almost half of patients with impacted canines have a severe dental crowding.更多还原
