【摘要】 目的:对照观察2010年和2007年癫狂(精神分裂症)诊疗方案的临床疗效、安全性。方法:将癫狂病人随机分为2007组和2010组,分别按照2007年和2010年的诊疗方案进行治疗,采用简明精神病量表观察疗效,并记录副反应。结果:2010组疗效明显好于2007组,2010组的病人满意度和依从性好于2007组。结论:经过优化,2010年的诊疗方案有更好的疗效和依从性,可在临床广泛应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the safty and effects Diagnosis and Treatment Plans of Insane or Mad(Schizophrenia) Patients in Year 2010 and Year 2007,and compare them in the clinic curative effect and the security.Method:Insane or mad patients were put in 2007 group and 2010 group randomly and treated according to Year 2007 and Year 2010’s Diagnosis and Treatment Plan respectively,evaluating the curative effect and the side reactions.Result:2010 group’s curative effect was obviously better than the 2007 group’s,2010 group’s degree of satisfaction and compliance were better than 2007 group’s.Conclusion:Through the optimation,Diagnosis and Treatment Plan of Year 2010 is better in curative effect and compliance,can be widely used in clinical practice.更多还原
