【摘要】 目的:从调节血清神经递质水平的角度,探讨"经前平颗粒"治疗经前期综合征(PMS)肝气逆证的作用机制。方法:采用随机双盲对照方法,对66例受试者治疗2个月经周期,于治疗前后的卵泡期、黄体期采集血样,以高效液相色谱法检测5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、肾上腺素(E)的含量。结果:与治疗前相比,经前平组患者,卵泡期和黄体期的5-HT、NE水平明显降低(P<0.01),而安慰剂组患者上述指标无差异;治疗后组间比较,经前平组患者月经同期5-HT、NE水平明显低于安慰剂组(P<0.01)。在以上比较中,E水平均无差异。结论:经前平颗粒可能是通过改善血清神经递质水平,进而调整神经内分泌平衡发挥其治疗作用的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:From the perspective of the regulation of serum levels of neurotransmitters,it is to approach the medicative mechanism of Jingqianping granule treatment of PMS with liver-qi invasion.Method:66 cases met the liver-qi invasion of PMS inclusion criteria were researched in double blind randomized controlled study for two menstrual cycles.The blood samples of pre-treatment and post treatment were collected.The levels of 5-HT,NE and E were examined.Result:After Jingqianping granule treatment,the levels of 5-HT and NE were decreased markedly(P<0.01)in the follicular period and luteal phase.While those biochem indexes were not changed in the placebo group.Conclusion:The medicative mechanism of Jingqianping granule on PMS may be that it can improve the serum levels of neurotransmitters.The PMS patients are cured by establishing the neural-endocrine balance of the internal environment.更多还原
