毒结清口服液联合化疗治疗多发性骨髓瘤骨病临床研究
Effect of Dujieqing Oral Liquid Combined with Chemotherapy in Treatment of Osteolytic Lesions in Multiple Myeloma
【摘要】 目的:探讨以毒结清口服液治疗多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者骨病的临床疗效。方法:将42例MM患者随机分成两组,对照组20例予M2方案化疗,中药组22例予中药毒结清口服液60mL/d,同时予M2方案化疗。以血钙和白介素-6(IL-6)水平下降,骨痛的缓解和生活质量改善为评价指标。结果:中药组和对照组治疗后骨痛症状评分均明显下降,与治疗前比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);中药组生活质量总有效率为68.2%,与对照组总有效率(45%)比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);中药组治疗后血钙和IL-6水平均明显下降(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后血钙和IL-6水平比较差异也有显著性意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后血钙水平较治疗前有下降(P>0.05)。结论:毒结清口服液联合化疗能有效降低MM患者血钙和IL-6水平,改善骨痛症状,提高生活质量。
【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of Dujieqing Oral Liquid in combination with M2 regimen chemotherapy on patients with osteolytic lesions in Multiple Myeloma(MM).Methods:Forty-two patients were randomized into two groups:control group(20 pts)were treated with M2 regimen chemotherapy only;in addition to M2 regimen Chemotherapy,TCM group(22 pts)were treated with Dujieqing Oral Liquid.Results:Scores of bone ache in TCM group and group control were lower than pretherapy(P<0.05).Total effective rate of life quality in TCM group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Blood calcium and IL-6 level in TCM group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dujieqing Oral Liquid combined with chemotherapy can degrade blood calcium and IL-6 level and improve symptom of bone ache and quality of life.
