【摘要】 目的:观察脑心通胶囊对冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:收集冠心病心绞痛病例100例。对照组50例,给予阿托伐他汀片、单硝酸异山梨脂缓释片、美托洛尔片、阿司匹林片等西药治疗;治疗组50例,给于同对照组西药治疗,并口服脑心通胶囊,均治疗8周。观察两组治疗前后心绞痛发作情况、心电图及血液流变学指标变化。结果:对照组显效18例,有效23例,无效9例,总有效率82%;治疗组显效29例,有效16例,无效5例,总有效率90%;两组心电图ΣST、NST、NT值,血液流变学指标均有改善,治疗组优于对照组。结论:脑心通胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy of Naoxintong Capsules for the coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods: The cases of angina pectoris were 100 cases.Control group of 50 patients were given atorvastatin statin tablets,mononitrate isosorbide lipid sustained release tablets of metoprolol tablets,aspirin tablets and other western medicine;treatment group 50 cases,besides the western medicine as the control group,took Naoxintong capsules.The two group were treated for 8 weeks.Angina pectoris chang,ECG and hemorheology changes were observed before and after treatment.Results: In the control group,there were 18 cases markedly effective,23 cases effective,9 cases invalid,the total efficiency was 82%;in the treatment group,there were 29 cases markedly effective,16 cases effective,5 cases invalid,the total efficiency was 90%.ECG ΣST,NST,NT value and hemorheology were improved more in treatment group than the control group.Conclusion: Naoxintong capsule is effeective for the treatment of angina pectoris.更多还原
