【摘要】 目的:观察逍遥丸治疗儿童肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:观察组32例采用逍遥丸治疗,与空白对照组31例相比较,观察8周。结果:观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为84.38%,38.71%(P<0.01);逍遥丸在改善腹痛、腹胀及大便次数增多、排便不尽感及大便性状等方面均优于对照组,差异具有显著性意义;而在改善黏液便方面,两组差异不具显著性意义(P>0.05);逍遥丸能明显改善患儿肝郁脾虚证候,治疗前后证候积分比较具有显著性差异。结论:逍遥丸对于儿童肠易激综合征具有较好的临床疗效,并能有效改善肠易激综合征患者症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoyao Pill treating the irritable bowel syndrome in children.Methods:32 cases in treatment group received Xiaoyao Pill and 31 cases of the control group were observed for 8 weeks.Results:The overall reactions rates of treatment group and the control group were 84.38% and 38.71% respectively(P<0.01).Xiaoyao Pill treatment group was better than the control group in several aspects,such as improving the symptom of abdominal pain and abdominal distension;for diarrhea there were significant statistical differences between two groups.But for improving the symptom of mucosa,differences between the two groups had no significance(P>0.05);Xiaoyao Pill can obviously improve the syndrome of liver-depression and spleen-deficiency,syndrome scores of groups showed significant difference in comparison of before and after treatment.Conclusion:Xiaoyao Pill treating irritable bowel syndrome in children has good effects,and can improve the symptoms of the irritable bowel syndrome in children effectively.更多还原
