【摘要】 目的:探讨中药郁星菖志汤对脑卒中后抑郁的作用机制。方法:建立脑卒中后抑郁大鼠模型,用酶联免疫法检测郁星菖志汤、氟西汀对受试大鼠脑组织NE、5-HT含量的影响。结果:模型组与空白对照组比较,NE、5-HT水平显著降低;郁星菖志汤组、氟西汀组与模型组比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.005);郁星菖志汤组与氟西汀组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.005)。结论:郁星菖志汤能显著提高脑卒中后抑郁大鼠脑组织NE、5-HT水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the mechanism of Yuxing Changzhi decoction on treating post-stroke depression.Method:To establish post-stroke depression model of rat,using ELISA to detect the influence of Yuxing Changzhi decoction on NE and 5-HT contents in brain tissue.Results:Compared to control group,the NE and 5-HT levels in brain tissue is lower significantly in the model group;Yuxing Changzhi decoction group and fluoxetine group are different significantly than the control group(P<0.005);Yuxing Changzhi decoction group is not different significantly than the Fluoxetine group(P>0.005).Conclusion:Yuxing Changzhi decoction can increase NE and 5-HT levels in the brain tissue on rats with post-stroke depression significantly.更多还原
