【摘要】 目的:建立HPLC法测定痤疮清软膏经皮给药后大鼠体内中甲硝唑含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,Phenomsil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-水(10:90);检测波长:277nm;柱温:30℃;进样量为20μL;流速:1.0mL.min-1。结果:方法检出限为0.212μg/mL;甲硝唑在0.212~6.784μg/mL范围内线性良好,r=0.9991;样品加标回收率为96.2%,RSD=3.5。结论:该方法准确、稳定,有良好的重现性和较高的灵敏度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of acne clear cream rats after transdermal delivery of metronidazole content.Methods:Pu RP HPLC method,Phenomsil C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)column;mobile phase:methanol-water(10:90);detection wavelength:277nm;column temperature:30℃;The injection volume was 20μL;flow rate:1.0mL.min-1.Results:The detection limit was 0.212μg/mL;metronidazole 0.212～6.784μg/mL good linear range,r was 0.9991;the recovery rate was 96.2%,RSD=3.5.Conclusion:The method has accuracy,stability,good reproducibility and high sensitivity.更多还原
