【摘要】 利益冲突是市场经济国家滋生腐败的主要根源。防止利益冲突法是国家为了避免公职人员公权私用、以权谋私,从而厘清公权与私利的界限,保证公职人员廉洁从政的法律规范;它是防微杜渐、防患于未然,从源头上预防腐败的基础性法律制度。我国出台防止利益冲突法是解决现行防腐败制度不尽人意问题的必然选择,是遏制当前腐败易发多发势头的必要举措,是巩固党的执政地位的迫切需要。它有利于促进社会公平,有利于恢复我国的国际形象,也是我国政府的国际义务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Interest conflicts are the main source of corruption in a market economy country.Through formulating the law of preventing interest conflicts,a country can prevent officials from abusing their power to seek personal gains so as to make distinct demarcation between public power and private interests and make sure that officials stick to the principles of integrity.It is the basic law system that guards against gradual creeping corruption from the source and prevents corruption before it happens.Formulating the law in our country is an inevitable choice as the existing anti-corruption system is unsatisfactory,a necessity to curb the easy and numerous occurrences of serious corruption,and a need to consolidate the Party’s ruling status.It is conducive to promote the social equity,resume our international image,and it’s also an international obligation of our government.更多还原
