基于排队论的AGV利用率控制优化
Utilization Control Optimization of AGV Based on Queuing Theory
【摘要】 AGV(Automatic Guided Vehicle)是自动化立体仓库中承担物料运输任务的关键设备.本文利用排队理论对AGV输送系统进行利用率控制优化.首先,对AGV输送系统建立混流服务的G/G/1排队模型,在一定假设的基础上求得排队系统中每一类任务的平均数目;然后,以排队系统中单位时间内的平均混合任务数为目标函数,对AGV输送系统的利用率进行控制优化.算例计算结果表明了该方法的有效性和可行性.
【Abstract】 Automatic Guided Vehicles are the key equipment of automatic warehouses in material handling.This paper solves the utilization control optimization problem of AGV transportation system based on queuing theory.At first,a mixed-model AGV material handling system is simplified to a G/G/1 queuing model.Next,the average number of each class task in the queuing system is obtained on the basis of certain assumptions.Then the average number of mixed tasks per unit time is regarded as the objective function and the utilization control of the AGV material handling system is optimized.Finally,a numerical example shows that the method is effective and feasible.
