【摘要】 目的比较奈达铂联合氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)方案与顺铂联合5-Fu在老年食管癌辅助化疗的安全性。方法观察组(27例):奈达铂75～80 mg/M2静脉滴注第1天+5-FU 500～750 mg/M2静脉滴注,第1～5天,每21天为1周期。对照组(23例):顺铂75～80mg/M2分3天静脉滴注第1～3天+5-FU 500～750mg/M2静脉滴注第1～5天,每21天为1周期。结果化疗前后卡式评分标准改善率观察组达85.19%,对照组为56.52%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组消化道反应较对照组明显减少(P<0.05),而血液学毒性,肝、肾功能损害两组差异无统计学意义。结论奈达铂联合氟尿嘧啶方案在老年食管癌辅助治疗中对于生活质量提高略好于对照组,且毒不良反应能耐受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the safety of nedaplatin-based regimen and cisplatin-based regimen in the adjuvant chemotherapy for elderly patients with esophageal cancer.Methods Fifty-two patients were randomized into 2 groups.The treatment group:nedaplatin 75mg-80mg/M2 on Day 1and 5-FU 500-750 mg/M2 on day 1 to day 5;The control group:cisplatin 75mg-80 mg/M2 pionts 3 day and 5-FU 500-750 mg/M2 on day 1 to day 5;The cycles were repeated every 21days.Result The rates of KPS improvement treated by NDP plus 5-FU and DDP plus 5-FU were 85.19% and 56.52%,respectively(P<0.05).The rate of gastrointestinal side effect in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).No significant differences were found with regard to the other side effect.Conclusion Nedaplatin-based regimen is more safe in the adjuvant chemotherapy for elderly patients with esophageal cancer.更多还原
