EAP在高校图书馆心理压力管理中的应用研究
EAP application of psychological stress management in the University Library
【摘要】 针对图书馆职业心理倦怠中的员工压力问题,介绍EAP在图书馆员工情绪调控与压力应对管理中的应用,并在广西大学图书馆进行了实证性的调查研究。
【Abstract】 With the staff pressure problem the library professional psychological burnout,this paper introduced the EAP in the management of the library staff emotional regulation and stress coping,and empirical research in Guangxi University Library.
