【Abstract】 Network technology in the high-speed development of today,the traditional service mode cannot satisfy the reader to the needs of the literature information resources.The article discusses the change of development of library and the necessary of promotion the service innovation under the digital environment,which is based on construction of "Northwestern national music academic resources database",and illustrate the change of traditional concept of service in library,for the teachers and students to provide positive services,the knowledge service of the practical work.更多还原
