【摘要】 毕业实习是高校工科专业教学工作中不可或缺的重要环节。但目前的毕业实习普遍存在着主观重视程度不够、校方监管不足、企业配合乏力等问题,致使实习质量不高。因而必须调动毕业生实习积极性,加强管理、严格考核、增加毕业实习教师队伍建设,必需加强校企合作,从而提高毕业实习质量,实现毕业生从学校到企业人力资源的平稳过渡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Graduation internship is an important part of teaching practice.However,insufficient attention to the graduates and inadequate supervision of school,as well as poor cooperation of enterprises are some common problems presently.As a result,the quality of graduation internship is far from satisfaction.With respect to the problems mentioned above,it is important to arouse the enthusiasm of graduates,to reinforce the management and the assessment of graduate internship as well as to strengthen teachers’ role in graduation internship.It is also necessary to enhance the cooperation between the schools and enterprises to improve the quality of graduation internship.With that,a more smooth transition of graduates from schools to enterprises can be better guaranteed.更多还原
