青海枸杞自然变异优选育种试验
Lycium Barbarum Breeding Test of Natural Mutation in Qinghai
【摘要】 试验依托青海省现有的枸杞栽培品种资源,以自然优选为育种手段,以大果高产型为选育目标,通过大量的田间观测筛选出优良植株;通过优良植株果实性状和单株产量的测定与评价,筛选出9株优良株系;通过优良株系评比和同功酶酶谱对比分析,筛选出1031和1162两个自然变异优良株系。
【Abstract】 Test rely on cultivation varieties resources of Lycium barbarum of the province existing in Qinghai,with natural preferably for breeding method,with fruit and high yield for breeding target,Excellent plants were screened out through field of a large number,Excellent strains of 9 strains were selected through fruit characters and yield per plant of the excellent plant,Through comparative analysis appraisals and isozyme banding pattern of the excellent strains,1031 and 1162 excellent strains of natural variants were screened out.
