【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the ecological pressure during Chinese modernization-development path and the ecological importance of the state-owned forestry region in Heilongjiang.It mainly discussed the special development issues of the state-owned forestry region in Heilongjiang and proposed a resource-efficient and environmentally friendly development strategy which aims at satisfying the physical demand and the ecological demand of forestry region at same time.It suggested that the modernization-development of state-owned forestry region should base on the development of ecological economics,emphasize protecting,restoring,and improving the ecological functions,and focus on ecological civilization constructions by establishing and improving regional mechanism for ecological compensation.更多还原
