【Abstract】 Ecological civilization is a kind of contemporary human society needs,and is one of the most effective ways to solve the ecological crisis as well.However,the effect of the current ecological civilization construction is far from satisfactory.The ecological civilization construction is woeful for the people are ignorant,helpless and shameless on the ecological problems.The most fundamental reason for the phenomenon is that we have not found a viable construction program.Under the highly developed market economy,it ’ s better to let the market running rules regulate the construction of ecological civilization than the pure moral propaganda.更多还原
