【摘要】 目的:通过检测血浆的氧化还原对,了解不同年龄段阴阳平衡健康人体的氧化还原状态。方法:按中医健康成人阴阳平衡基本诊断标准各选择200人,分为20～29、30～39、40～49、50岁以上年龄段,男、女各半;清晨采空腹静脉血3ml。运用荧光探针法检测血浆中还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)及氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG)的含量。利用紫外分光光度法测定血浆中还原型辅酶Ⅱ(NADPH)及氧化型辅酶Ⅱ(NADP+)的含量。结果 :相同年龄段男女之间,GSH、GSSG含量、GSH/GSSG比值、Eh(GSH/GSSG)值、NADPH、NADP+含量、NADPH/NADP+比值、Eh(NADPH/NADP+)值均无明显差异(P>0.05)。各年龄段结果:20～29岁和30～39岁年龄段血浆中GSH、GSSG含量、GSH/GSSG比值、Eh(GSH/GSSG)值、NADPH、NADP+含量、NADPH/NADP+比值、Eh(NADPH/NADP+)值无明显差异(P>0.05);40～49岁和50岁以上年龄段血浆中GSH、NADPH含量明显比前两个年龄段低(P<0.05),GSSG、NADP+含量比前两个年龄段明显增高(P<0.05)。且50岁以上年龄段较40～49岁年龄段GSH、NADPH含量更低,GSSG、NADP+含量更高。结论:中医阴阳平衡健康人群相同年龄段机体均维持恒定的氧化还原状态,男女无差异。40岁以前,机体氧化还原态平衡无明显改变;40岁以后,随着年龄增高,氧化还原态平衡逐渐向氧化方向偏移,提示40岁可能是人体开始衰老的转折点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the redox status in healthy people.Methods: 200 adults,who accorded with the traditional Chinese medicine standard of health,were divided into 20～29,30～39,40～49,and over 50 age groups.Male and female were half-and-half.3ml fasted venous blood were taken in the morning for the determination of GSH/GSSG and NADPH/NADP+.Results: There was no significant difference in GSH,GSSG,NADPH,NADP+,GSH/GSSG,NADPH/NADP+,Eh(GSH/GSSG),and Eh(NADPH/NADP+) between male and female(P>0.05),and between 20～29 and 30～39 age groups(P>0.05).However GSH and NADPH level in 40～49 and over 50 age groups were significantly lower than that of the two younger age groups(P<0.05).Furthermore,the GSH and NADPH content of over 50 age group were much lower,and GSSG,NADP+ were significantly higher than that of the 40～49 age group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The balance of redox state of healthy human body of different age group was maintained in relatively stable levels.No difference between males and females were found.Before 40 years,the balance of redox state was kept in a stable level.But after 40 years,the antioxidant capacity was decreased with the increase of age.Redox balance gradually shifted to the oxidation status,which suggested that the turning point of being aging might be at around 40 years old.更多还原
