【摘要】 目的:采用改良Nance托联合正畸固定矫治器牵引治疗替牙列早期上颌阻生中切牙,并评价其临床效果。方法:采用改良Nance托联合正畸固定矫治器对23例替牙列早期的上颌阻生中切牙进行正畸牵引矫治。结果:采用该法治疗的上颌阻生中切牙均获得满意的临床效果:阻生牙回复至正常位置,牙齿无坏死、无松动、牙根形态正常、牙周健康。结论:替牙列早期采用改良Nance托联合正畸固定矫治器是一种积极、有效的治疗上颌阻生中切牙的方法,其临床疗效理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the outcome of using orthodontic device to treat maxillary impacted central incisor in early mixed dentition.Methods: A total of 23 maxillary impacted incisors in 23 patients were treated with Nance palatal arch combined with orthodontic fixed appliance in early mixed dentition.Results:After the treatment all impacted incisors were replaced in normal position,none of them was dead and loose.The roots and periodontal tissue of all impacted incisors were healthy.Conclusion:Nance palatal arch combined with orthodontic fixed appliance is an active and effective method for the treatment of maxillary impacted central incisor in early mixed dentition.更多还原
