【摘要】 目的:观察中频电联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:将60例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,治疗组给予膝关节中频电联合玻璃酸钠关节内注射治疗,对照组仅给予膝关节玻璃酸钠关节内注射治疗。观察临床疗效及治疗前后膝关节功能评分。结果:两组患者膝关节功能较治疗前明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在膝关节功能评分中显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者临床疗效间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中频电联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效肯定,能更好的促进患者膝关节功能的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects of medium frequency therapy combined with sodium hyaluronate injection on knee osteoarthritis patients.Methods: Sixty knee osteoarthritis patients were evenly divided into therapeutic group and control group.The therapeutic group was treated with mediun frequency therapy plus sodium hyaluronate intrasynovial injection of knee joint.The control group was treated only with sodium hyaluronate injection of knee joint.The knee joint function score was counted before and after treatment and the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results: The knee joint function score was obviously improved in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),but the therapeutic group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The rehabilitation treatment of mediun frequency therapy combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in knee osteoarthritis patients is fairly effective.更多还原
