【摘要】 目的:探讨肝卵圆细胞与原发性肝癌的相关性,为原发性肝癌发生的"癌干细胞"假说提供临床病理学依据。方法:运用免疫组化方法检测不同肝病组(检测对照组、肝血管瘤组、良性肝病合并肝硬化组、肝癌组、肝癌合并肝硬化组)肝脏组织中表达Ck-7、Ck-8/18、Ck-19、C-kit、AFP肝卵圆细胞数。结果:Ck-7、Ck-8/18、Ck-19阳性的肝卵圆细胞在上述各检测组中均有表达,AFP阳性的肝卵圆细胞仅在肝癌组中表达。各组间表达的Ck-7、Ck-8/18、Ck-19、C-kit、AFP阳性的肝卵圆细胞数目随病变由良性疾病向恶性疾病变化而增加。肝癌组、肝癌合并肝硬化组间表达的C-kit阳性的肝卵圆细胞数有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:肝卵圆细胞参与了原发性肝癌的生长、细胞分化调控。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the correlation of hepatic oval cell with primary hepatic carcinoma for proving that the primary hepatic carcinoma is originated from hepatic oval cell.Methods:76 biopsy samples of liver tissue were taken from normal liver,hemangioma of liver,hepatic cirrhosis,primary hepatic carcinoma,and primary hepatic carcinoma complicated with cirrhosis;immunohistochemical method was used to measure the number of the cells which expressed cytokeratins-7(Ck-7),cytokeratinsl9(Ck-19),C-kit,cytokeratins-8/18(Ck-8/ 18),and alpha-fetoprotein(AFP).Results:,Hepatic oval cells in all the 5 groups could express Ck-7,Ck-8/18,C-kit and Ck-19.But AFP was only expressed in malignant groups.The number of hepatic oval cells expressed Ck- 7,Ck-8/18,C-kit,Ck-19,and AFP was increased and changed when benign disease became to malignant.The number of C-kit positive hepatic oval cells was significantly different between primary hepatic carcinoma,and primary hepatic carcinoma complicated with cirrhosis.Conclusion:Hepatic oval cells participate in primary hepatic carcinoma growth,and cell differentiation regulation.更多还原
