【摘要】 目的比较每日与隔日口服阿托伐他汀(立普妥)20 mg降低血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low densitylipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)与高敏C-反应蛋白浓度的治疗效果。方法96例高脂血症患者,按电脑随机数字表法分为每天口服组48例与隔日口服组48例。两组每次服用阿托伐他汀20 mg,检测治疗前与治疗后2个月患者LDL-C、总胆固醇与高敏C-反应蛋白浓度并进行比较。结果阿托伐他汀治疗2个月后,每天口服组与隔日口服组血清LDL-C浓度分别下降34.3%和35.1%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而血清总胆固醇下降6.7%和4.3%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血清高敏C-反应蛋白浓度下降17.9%和20.7%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论每日与隔日口服阿托伐他汀20 mg降低血清LDL-C及高敏C-反应蛋白浓度效果相似,可节约药费。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To compare the effects of daily and alternate-day orally taking atorvastatin(20 mg) on serum concentrations of low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and high sensitivety C-reactive protein(hs-CRP).Methods Ninty six patients with hyperlipidemia were randomized into daily group(treatmeat of 20 mg atorvastatin once a day,n=48) and alternate-day group(treatmeat of 20 mg atorvastatin once every other day,n=48).Before and 2 months after the treatment,serum concentrations of LDL-C,total cholesterol(TC) and hs-CRP were measured and compared.Results After 2 months treated by atorvastatin,serum concentrations of LDL-C decreased by 34.3% and 35.1% in daily group and alternate-day group respectively,there was no significant difference between the 2 groups(P>0.05);serum concentrations of TC decreased by 6.7% and 4.3% in daily group and alternate-day group,there was no significant difference between the 2 groups(P>0.05);serum concentrations of hs-CRP decreased by 17.9% and 20.7% in daily group and alternate-day group,there was no significant difference between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclutions Effects of daily and alternate-day orally taking atorvastatin(20 mg) on reducing serum concentrations of LDL-C and hs-CRP are similar,thus it can provide some cost savings.更多还原
