基于数值方法对离心压缩机级两种回流器内部流动的分析与对比
Analysis and Comparison of the Inner Flow for Two Return Channel of the Stage of the Centrifugal Compressor
【摘要】 一台C式离心压缩机采用了2种形式的回流器,一种入口处存在突扩,称为回流器A,另外一种和弯道光滑过渡,称为回流器B。本文对上述2种回流器分别进行了数值模拟。计算结果表明,回流器B的性能要优于A。对于回流器A,进口由于存在突扩,导致入口处的流动恶化,进一步导致了冲角的改变,最终导致径向面流道内存在旋涡。对于回流器B,由于和弯道光滑过渡,流动较为均匀,并保持了良好的冲角,径向面内的流动也要优于回流器A。
【Abstract】 One C type centrifugal compressor use two kinds of return channels,one kind has sudden expansion called as return channel A,the other kind transited from bend smoothly called as channel B.The two return channels are both numerical simulated respectively.The numerical result indicate that the performance of return channel B is better than that of return channel B.Because of the sudden expansion of return channel A,the flow status of inlet is worsen which changes the angle of gas,and then induce vortex in the flow channel of the radial surface.For return channel B,because of the smooth transition,so the flow field is uniform and the angle of gas is kept.The flow field on the radial surface of return channel B is also better than that of return channel A.So,if return channel A is used for the centrifugal compressor,the angle of the blade of return channel is ought to be modified to reduce the loss of attack.
