不同处理芝麻粕用作鸡饲料的营养价值评定

【摘要】 通过营养成分测定和鸡代谢试验来评定不同处理芝麻粕营养价值。结果显示:与普通芝麻粕相比,发酵芝麻粕的组氨酸、蛋氨酸和磷表观代谢率显著高于普通芝麻粕(P<0.05),组氨酸和蛋氨酸真代谢率极显著高于普通芝麻粕(P<0.01)。酶解芝麻粕的磷表观代谢率显著高于普通芝麻粕(P<0.05),蛋氨酸表观代谢率和真代谢率极显著高于普通芝麻粕(P<0.01),苏氨酸真代谢率极显著低于普通芝麻粕(P<0.01)。

【Abstract】 We evaluated the nutritional value of sesame meal of different treatment by determiation of nutritive compoonents and chicken metabolic test.The results showed that: Apparent digestibility of histidine、methionine and phosphorus of fermented sesame meal were higher than that of sesame meal(P<0.05),and true digestibility of histidine and methionine were obviously higher than that of sesame meal(P<0.01).Apparent digestibility of phosphorus of sesame meal of enzymolysis were significant higher than that of sesame meal(P<0.05),and apparent and true digestibility of methionine were obviously higher than that of sesame meal(P<0.01),and true digestibility of threonine were obviously lower than that of sesame meal(P<0.01).
