【摘要】 目的分析本院妇产科住院患者输注红细胞的情况。方法将2008年入住妇产科的符合红细胞输注指征的88例患者分为5组:产科(正常妊娠、妊娠合并子痫、其他妊娠情况)、妇科(恶性肿瘤、非恶性肿瘤),比较5组输血量及输血后Hb变化情况。结果各组之间输血后Hb差值比较,差异具有统计学意义。结论通过对5组患者红细胞输注的分析得出,及时合理地输注红细胞对于妇产科治疗具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the red blood cell transfusion in the department of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 88 inpations in the department of obstetrics and gynecology who were admitted to our hospital in 2008 were divided into five groups:department of obsterics(normal pregnancy,pregnancy with eclampsia,others) and department of gynecology(malignancy,non-malignancy),then to compare the amount of blood transfusion and Hb changes that between and after blood transfusion in the five groups.Results There was a significant difference of Hb changes that between and after blood transfusion in every groups.Conclusion Reasonably transfusion of red blood cells plays an important role to patients in the department of obstetrics and gynecology.更多还原
