【摘要】 在房式仓中,研究1.5 mg/kg和1.0 mg/kg乙基多杀菌素粉剂作为保护剂防治储粮害虫的作用效果,以仓虫敌和硅藻土作为对照药剂。结果表明,在施药后,各试验处理仓在南方高温季6、7、8、9月份均能有效控制玉米象、谷蠹、锈赤扁谷盗和赤拟谷盗等主要害虫的发生,不计算书虱的数量,各药剂处理仓储粮均维持基本无虫粮,可以实现全年不使用磷化氢熏蒸的目标,说明乙基多杀菌素防治储粮害虫的作用效果与化学药剂相当;同时,1.5 mg/kg、1.0 mg/kg乙基多杀菌素和仓虫敌对书虱的虫口减退率分别为81.6%、71.7%和33.3%,硅藻土对书虱抑制作用很小。因此,将乙基多杀菌素开发成生物储粮保护剂具有广阔的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of spinetoram-powder against stored-grain insects was studied in warehouse,and was compared with that of the diatomaceous earth and Cang-Chong-Di.The results showed that Sitophilus zeamais motschulsky,Rhyzopertha dominica(Fabricius),Cryptolestes ferrugineus(Stephens) and Tribolium castaneum(Herbst) were effectively controlled by the three insecticides in summer.And the grains of warehouse using insecticides are the basic pest-free.The effect of spinetoram,diatomaceous earth and Cang-Chong-Di are on the same level.At the same time,by applying 1.5mg/kg spinetoram,1.0mg/kg spinetoram and Cang-Chong-Di,the rate of population reduction of book louse were 81.6%、71.7% and 33.3% respectively.The effect of diatomaceous against book louse was limited.So the spinetoram has broad application prospect in against stored-grain insects.更多还原
