智能通风在储粮降温中扩大应用的研究

【摘要】 智能通风技术初步实现了粮情监测系统功能从单一粮情监测向粮情智能控制的过度。通过将智能通风和人工通风两种储粮通风方式的降温效果、换气效果和设备能耗进行对比,得出如下结论:①智能通风能够杜绝有害通风和无效通风,并能及时控制通风降温过程中粮温的回升;②在相同时间内,与人工通风相比,经过智能通风的仓房各层粮温和总平均粮温降幅较大,温差小,全仓粮温较为均匀;③智能通风可以减小冬季通风降温过程中粮温变化幅度,延缓春季粮温回升速度,提高储粮稳定性;④与人工通风相比,智能通风的单位能耗较低。

【Abstract】 Intellectual ventilation technology preliminarily improved the grain information monitoring management system from collecting grain information simply to managing the stored grain intelligently.This paper compared the inetllectual ventilation with the manual ventilation in cooling effects,temperature differences between adjacent grain layers and energy consumption of equipments.The results showed that ① The inetllectual ventilation can make the time of harmful ventilation and invalid ventilation shorter,can inhibit the increase of grain temperature;②During the same period of time,the temperature of grain in the warehouse ventilated by the inetllectual ventilation system decreased greatly comparing to manual ventilation;③After the smart ventilation in winter,the temperature differences between adjacent grain layers decreased remarkably;the stability of stored grain could be improved via decreasing the variation of temperature of grain in the winter ventilation and inhibiting the rising speed of grain temperature;④ Compared with manual ventilation,the per-unit energy consumption of intellectual ventilation is relatively low.
