武钢大型高炉主沟用浇注料的变革折射出的技术问题

【摘要】 分析了最近十年来武钢高炉主沟用浇注料变革中的技术因素,研究了主沟浇注料中致密刚玉、亚白刚玉、棕刚玉骨料的侵蚀过程,认为浇注料性能与其使用寿命没有必然的联系,以标准的技术指标作为考核依据值得反思。以基质的改进为基础,主沟浇注料寿命(一次通铁量)从9万t提高到14万~18万t;不同原材料的性能得到充分利用,沟型结构改进配合材料技术的进步是非常重要的原因。

【Abstract】 The technical factors of castables innovation of main iron trough in blast furnaces of WISCO for recent ten years were analyzed,and corrosion process of dense corundum,sub-white corundum and brown corundum aggregates in the castables for the main iron trough was researched.It is regarded that there is no inevitable relation between castables properties and service life,and it must be considered that whether the normal technical index in the standard can be used as judgment basis.Based on the improvement of matrix,the service life(throughput of hot metal) of castables used in main iron trough increases from 90 thousand tons to 140-180 thousand tons;the properties of different raw materials are fully applied,and structure improvement of iron trough and progress of material technique are very important reasons.
