【摘要】 目的:观察头针治疗精神分裂症顽固性幻听的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将临床确诊为精神分裂症顽固性幻听的患者随机分为两组。对照组应用维思通治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上进行中医辨证分型后头针治疗,共治疗8周。两组患者治疗前后采用简明精神病量表(BPRS)及副反应量表(TESS)进行评价。结果:观察组显愈率为84.75%,优于对照组的53.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中不同证型之间总有效率之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组BPRS第12项评分在2周、4周、8周末,同一时段比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);观察组中假性幻听的有效率为84.38%,优于对照组的57.14%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为28.81%,低于对照组的60.34%(P<0.05)。结论:头针治疗精神分裂症顽固性幻听的临床疗效较好且安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect and safety of scalp acupuncture on refractory auditory hallucination in schizophrenia patients.Methods:The patients clinically diagnosed as refractory auditory hallucination of schizophrenia were randomized into observe group and control group.The control group was treated with risperdal alone while the observe group was treated with scalp acupuncture on the basis of TCM syndrome differentiation in addition to risperdal Totally 8 weeks of treatment was given.Before and after treatment the brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS),and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS)were adopted to score the patients of both groups.Results:In the observe group,the displayed cure rate was 84.75%,which was better than the control group,of which the displayed cure rate was 53.45%,the difference being significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate among the different syndromes in the observe group(P>0.05).The difference in BPRS’ s item 12 score at the same period of time after 2nd,4th and 8th week of treatment of the two groups was significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).In the observe group,the pseudo hallucination effective rate was 84.38%,which was better than the control group,of which the effective rate was 57.14%(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the observe group was 28.81%,lower than 60.34% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture for the refractory auditory hallucination of schizophrenia is good in effect with a high safety.更多还原
