【摘要】 目的:探讨慢性肥厚性鼻炎与血液流变学的关系。方法:对120例患者和120例正常人分别抽血送检血液流变学检查并取鼻分泌物测定其中NO水平。了解慢性肥厚性鼻炎与血液流变学指标之间的相关性。进一步阐明慢性肥厚性鼻炎发生发展的机制,为慢性肥厚性鼻炎的治疗提供新的思路,增加中西医临床治疗此病的疗效判定指标。结果:慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者的血液流变血相关指标均较正常人显著增高(P<0.05),同时病例组鼻腔分泌物的NO水平较正常组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者血液流变学的改变与血管通透性的改变并存,因此血液流变学的改变与病理改变具有相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the correlation between chronic hypertrophic rhinitis and hemorheology.Methods:To take blood of 120 cases of patients and 120 cases of normal people for hemorheological examination and test the NO level in their nasal discharges.To investigate the correlation between chronic hypertrophic rhinitis and hemorheological index.Hence to further explain the mechanism of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis development,provide new thoughts on its treatment and increase more effects-evaluating index for the clinical practice.Results:Hemorheological index of correlation for the patients of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis are evidently higher than those of normal people(P<0.05).At the same time the NO level in nasal discharges from the patients group are evidently increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemorheological changes and vasopermeable changes for the patients of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis both exist.So there is a correlation between hemorheological changes and pathological changes.更多还原
