【摘要】 目的探讨应用高频电刀切除联合局部涂抹咪喹莫特治疗尖锐湿疣(CA)的方法和疗效。方法应用高频电刀切除疣体以及局部涂抹咪喹莫特等治疗方法,对180例CA患者采取随机分组治疗的临床观察。结果 180例患者随访4～8个月,平均随访6.2个月,其中治疗组痊愈57例,显效26例,无效3例,复发4例,有效率为92.22%;对照组治愈33例,显效18例,无效15例,复发24例,有效率为56.67%。结论高频电刀切除联合局部涂抹咪喹莫特治疗CA疗效满意,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective To evaluate the method and result of electrocautery combining with local smear of imiquimod cream in the treatment of condyloma acuminate.Methods 180 cases of Condyloma acuminate were treated with electrocautery combining with local smear of imiquimod cream.Results 180 patients of condyloma acuminate followed up for 4 to 8 months with an average follow-up of 6.2 months,in which the treatment group cured 57 cases,effective in 26 cases,3 vases,4 cases of recurrence,the effective rate of 92.22%,the control group cured 33 cases,effective in 18 cases,ineffective in 15 cases,recurrence in 24 cases,the effective rate of 56.67%.Conclusions It has been demonstrated that electrocautery combining with local smear of imiquimod cream in the treatment of condyloma acuminate is provided with advantages of high effect.It will be performed in clinical patients.更多还原
