【摘要】 目的比较并探讨三阴性乳腺癌及Luminal型乳腺癌超声表现,以及超声影像学对三阴性乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法对46例三阴性乳腺癌以及260例Luminal型乳腺癌初诊超声形态学表现进行分析。结果三阴性乳腺癌超声的特征性表现为圆形/椭圆形(P<0.001,vsLuminal型乳腺癌)、边缘清晰(P=0.021)、肿物内部回声(P=0.001)、后方声影(P=0.01),具有统计学差异;肿物内钙化(P=0.241),无统计学差异。结论三阴性乳腺癌超声影像学有特征性表现,超声对于筛查三阴性乳腺癌具有一定优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare ultrasound imaging features between triple-negative breast cancers and luminal breast cancers.Methods We analyzed ultrasound imaging features at initial diagnosis in 46 patients with triple-negatibe cases and in 260 with luminal cancer.Results Oval shape(P<0.001 vs luminal type triple-negative breast cancers),clear margin(P=0.021) internl echo of tumor(P <0.001),acoustic posterior shadow(P =0.01) on sonogram were significantly associated with triple-negative breast,but not microcalcification(P=0.241).Conclusions Triple-negative breast cancers have specific characteristic in sonogram.Sonography possesses superiority in detecting triple-negative breast cancers.更多还原
