【摘要】 运用文献资料法和比较分析法,通过研究美国职业体育组织和运动项目协会等组织机构的章程、相关管理条例和现实运行情况,重点对美国职业体育联盟及其俱乐部的管理体制和运作机制进行了分析,分别从职业俱乐部与职业联赛的关系、职业联赛与运动项目协会的关系、职业联赛的商业运作模式和职业联盟的后备人才培养模式等四个方面归纳了其特点,并在比较研究的基础上,结合现状谈了对我国职业体育改革的启示。更多还原
