新型无聚合物微盲孔载药支架的研究
Study on the new polymer-free stent with micro-blind holes
【摘要】 传统非降解聚合物药物支架虽可显著降低再狭窄率,但带来了晚期和极晚期支架血栓的风险.针对传统非降解聚合物支架存在的安全隐患,提出一种新型的载药技术:无聚合物微盲孔载药支架技术,认为可能会解决非降解聚合物药物支架存在的问题.新型的无聚合物微盲孔载药技术采用化学方法处理生成微盲孔,微盲孔即为药仓,从而实现直接载药并通过微盲孔的物理性状实现药物缓释,新型无聚合物微盲孔载药支架研究成果现已开发产品,并已规模上市.
【Abstract】 The traditional non-degradable polymer-coated stent can significantly reduce restenosis rates,but it can bring the late and very late stent thrombosis risks.This paper presents a novel drug delivery technologies: polymer-free drug-coated micro-blind hole stent technology,which may solve the problems of traditiona drug-coated stents.Polymer-free drug-coated micro-blind hole technique is used to generate micro-chemical approach to blind holes,micro-blind hole is drug store,and by using the physical properties of micro-vias to deliver drug,in order to achieve the drug directly.
