【摘要】 目的:探讨双切口法治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2008年1月至2010年12月收治的应用双切口法治疗的复杂胫骨平台骨折27例的临床资料。结果:27例患者均获随访,随访时间13～24个月,平均18.5个月。骨折均获骨性愈合,无1例发生切口皮肤坏死、深部感染、内固定松动或断裂。HSS膝关节评分为86～97分,平均92分,Rasmussen膝关节功能评分法优17例,良7例,可2例,差1例。结论:采用双切口法治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折,可以减少软组织过度剥离、充分暴露骨折端,直视下复位和固定骨折块,减少术后并发症,有利于膝关节功能恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effects of two incisions for treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures.Methods:The clinical data of 27 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures treated by two incisions were analyzed retrospectively from Jan 2008 to Dec 2010.Results:27 patients were followed up for 13 to 24 months (average 18.5 months).All fractures were bone healing,no case of the incision skin necrosis,deep infection, implant loosening or fracture.HSS knee score was 86 to 97(average 92),Rasmussen knee function score;excellent in 17 cases,7 cases good,2 cases fair and 1 case poor.Conclusion:The two incisions for treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures can reduce excessive peel of soft tissue,expose fracture fully,reset and fix of fracture fragments under direct vision,reduce postoperative complications,and benefit to the recovery of knee function.更多还原
