【摘要】 目的:总结院前急性左心衰的急救方法,以提高其抢救成功率。方法:回顾性分析2008年1月至2011年12月院前救治急性左心衰32例的临床资料。结果:本组32例患者中,显效12例(37%),有效19例(60%),无效1例(3%),总有效率97%(31/32)。结论:反复评估病情和采取综合有效的院前急救后转运可提高院前急性左心衰竭的抢救成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To sum the emergency methods of prehospital first aid for acute left heart failure and the salvage success rate.Methods:The clinical data of 32 patients with acute left heart failure on prehospital were retrospectively analyzed from Jan 2008 to Dec 2011.Results:Among the 32 cases,12(37%) cases were obvious effect,19(60%) were effect and 1(3%) was ineffective,the total success rate was 97%(31/32).Conclusion:It can improve the success rate of patient with acute left heart failure to assess repeatedly,first aid generally and transport secondly.更多还原
