【Abstract】 Objective:To explore a new mode of nurse-physician care ward rounds in EICU,in order to strengthen intergroup relationships and reduce medical disputes.Methods:The staffs were made self-awareness about the effect of care ward rounds.Results:Participants on the role of health care rounds made a positive evaluation,that joint care rounds had a very significant effect to enhance quality of medical care.Conclusion:The mode of nursephysician care ward rounds superior to the traditional health care rounds,is worthy of promotion.更多还原
