【摘要】 目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染与胃癌发生的关系。方法:将2004年1月至2009年12月诊治的胃部疾病患者335例分为胃癌组(n=64)、胃癌前病变组(n=143)、良性病变组(n=69)和正常对照组(n=38),比较上述四组血清中和胃粘膜组织中HP IgG抗体检出率。结果:胃癌前病变组、胃癌组、良性病变组和正常对照组血清及胃组织中HP抗体的阳性率依次降低,胃组织HP IgG抗体阳性率虽略高于血清,但无显著性差异(P>0.05),但均明显高于良性病变组和正常对照组(P<0.05),后两者无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:HP感染可能参与胃癌前病变的发生,血清HP IgG抗体检测可作为胃癌的早期筛选指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relationship between infection of Helicobacter Pylori(HP) and gastric cancer.Methods:335 patients with gastric diseases were divided into gastric cancer group(n =64),gastric precancerous group(n = 134),68 patients with gastric benign diseases group(n=68)and normal control group(n=38) from Jan 2004 to Dec 2009.The detection rates of HP IgG in blood serum and in gastric mucosa were compared among the four groups.Results:The detection rates of HP in blood serum and in gastric mucosa decreased in sequence in gastric precancerous group,gastric cancer group,gastric benign diseases group and normal control group. The detection rates of HP in gastric mucosa were mildly higher than that in blood serum,but it was no significantly difference(P>0.05).The detection rates of HP in gastric precancerous group and gastric cancer group were significantly higher than those gastric benign diseases group and normal control group(P<0.05).There was no significantly difference between the gastric benign diseases group and normal control group(P>0.05).Conclusions: Infection of HP may be involved in the development of gastric precancer.Monitoring HP IgG in serum may be one of the screening indexes of early gastric cancer.更多还原
