【摘要】 目的:通过与传统胸腔引管引流的比较,观察小口径导管在继发性气胸引流中的疗效。方法:将继发性气胸患者238例随机分为治疗组(n=126)和对照组(n=112),分别应用小口径导管行微创胸腔置管引流和应用传统胸腔置管引流,比较两组引流失败率、置管时间和并发症。结果:两组引流失败率无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗组引流管留置时间和并发症均较对照组明显减少(P均<0.05)。结论:小口径导管胸引管可作为继发性气胸引流的一种安全、有效和微创的引流选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of drainage via small-bore catheters comparing to conventional chest tubes for secondary spontaneous pneumothorax.Methods;238 patients with secondary spontaneous pneumothorax were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=126) and the control group(n= l12),the patients in the treatment group and the control group were treated with small-bore catheters and conventional chest tubes respectively.The failure rate,the durations of drainage and the complications were compared between the two groups. Results:There was no significantly different in failure rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The durations of drainage and the complications were significantly less in the treatment group than those in the control group. Conclusion:The small-bore catheter drainage may be a safe,effective and minimally invasive choice for patients with secondary spontaneous pheumothorax.更多还原
