【摘要】 目的:探讨机械通气治疗急性重症左心衰竭的疗效及临床价值。方法:对38例急性重症左心衰竭患者经药物治疗无效或效果较差时及时经喉罩置入气管插管给予呼吸机支持治疗,观察治疗前和治疗后1 h的临床表现、血气结果和临床预后。结果:38例经机械通气治疗1 h后缺氧症状和血气指标明显改善(P<0.05),31例平均住院(14.8±5.5)天好转出院;7例急性左心衰竭好转后于1周内死于心源性休克、心律失常和多器官功能衰竭。结论:经喉罩置入气管插管、机械通气联合足量吗啡救治急性重症左心衰疗效好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect and clinical value of mechanical ventilation in severe acute left heart failure.Methods:38 patients with severe acute left heart failure were treated by mechanical ventilation when they were less or no effectively treated by drugs.The clinical manifestation,blood-gas analytical results before and after treatment with ventilation 1 hour and prognosis were observed.Results:The hypoxemia and blood-gas results of all the cases were significantly improved after mechanical ventilation for 1 hour(P<0.05).31 cases were discharged from hospital and the average stay was(14.8±5.5 )days,while 7 cases died from cardiac shock,arrhythmia and multiple organ failure in 1 week after acute left heart failure had improved.Conclusion;Mechanical ventilation intubated by laryngeal mask combined with sufficient morphine is an effective method for treating severe acute left heart failure.更多还原
